Chapel and Keller Preferred Dental Plan

The Chapel and Keller Preferred Dental Plan provides an avenue for patients to enjoy the same excellent care that we provide all of our patients at an affordable rate. This is not a dental insurance plan and thus unlike traditional dental insurance there is no waiting period or qualifications. EVERYONE QUALIFIES FOR SAME DAY ACTIVATION. Preferred members will save on all of their dental visits. Unlike most other plans, Chapel and Keller Preferred Dental Plan also includes access to cosmetic dentistry such as teeth whitening at discounted fees.

Annual Fee:  

Adult : $375 

Child  (Age 14 and under) : $350

Annual fee includes:

• 2 dental cleanings
• All diagnostic images
• 2 complete dental exams
• 2 topical fluoride applications (age 14 and under)
• 1 emergency dental exam and x ray
• Discount on all other dental treatment
